Feature
- The body and agitator structure are made of 304 grade stainless steel.
- Inner tank thickness 3 mm, size Ø 70 x 75 cm, rounded bottom.
- The outer tank has a 3 mm thickness and measures 80 x 85 cm.
- The inner pipe outlet at the bottom uses a 2" pipe extending outside the body, with a 2" stainless steel valve.
- Use two 1.5" U-shaped threaded heaters, 35 cm long, 4500 watts, 380 volts.
- Hot oil is used as a medium to transfer heat to the tank.
- 1 HP, 380 Volt geared motor, 1:40 ratio, 38 revolutions per minute.
- The lid opens and closes on both sides and can be removed from the body using a locking latch and handle.
- Inside the tank are 1” wide Teflon-coated side and bottom scraper blades.
- 32mm stainless steel shaft with bottom stirring blade and adjustable central mixing blade.
- A set of four 3-inch drum legs, 70 cm high from the bottom of the drum.
- The motor, gear, and shaft are attached to the top cover and can be lifted out of the body.
- There is a 0-150°C Ø 3” needle-type temperature gauge in the center of the tank.
- The equipment includes:
- Brass vertical thermometer, 0-200°C, 2°C scale, 1 set.
- Brass Safety Valve Set
- Pressure Gauge 0-4 bar, 3" size, 1 set.
- 1/2” Release Valve with Stainless Steel Elbow
- 1/2” water filling chamber with Sign Glass level indicator.
- 1" Drain Valve with Stainless Steel Valve
- Stainless steel control cabinet, 30*30*10 cm, complete with electrical components.
- Digital thermometer for measuring temperature.
- The temperature can be set from 0-200 °C.
- A thermocouple sensor detects the temperature at the center of the tank.
