Feature
A high-pressure homogenizer is a type of ultra-fine grinding and emulsification equipment that grinds oil particles and droplets to very small sizes (diameter 0.1-2 micrometers, average ≤ 1 micrometer) through a combination of high-speed impact, cutting, expansion, blasting, shearing, and other processes. At the same time, it produces a stable emulsion. It is widely used in the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology industries.
