Medicines or beverages can be brewed at high temperatures to sterilize them while preserving their aroma and flavor, and then cold-packed (HRT 200).

- It consists of a high-pressure steam sterilizer with a diameter of 55 cm and a height of 75 cm, and a cooling tank with a diameter of 50 cm and a height of 90 cm. Both are made of 3 mm thick stainless steel.
- This 100-liter pressure steam sterilizer features a top-opening lid with a rubber seal, 8 locking handles, and an inner basket. Accessories include a thermometer, safety valve, release valve, water shut-off valve, gas burner, and heat shield.
- The cooler system consists of a double-walled, foam-insulated tank with a 12-meter-long stainless steel coil inside. Accessories include a thermometer and a filling valve.
- Use gas for heating under a pressure not exceeding 150°C and a pressure of 2.0 bar.
- Suitable for brewing herbs, medicines, or beverages that require high temperatures and long brewing times without losing aroma or flavor, and also serves as a sterilizing agent for extended shelf life.
